If your apartment has such a feature, you can hang your clothes in the bathroom to dry.

5, Trash. Trash must be separated. Burnable items go in one bag, plastic bottles in another, cans in another, and glass bottles in yet another. Batteries, light bulbs, magazines, cardboard, etc. must be separated. Disposing of larger items can be difficult as you'll have to pay a substantial amount of money in disposal fees.

6, Utilities. Gas and electricity are simple to have connected, and making payments is simple as well. You can pay for your electric bill directly from your bank account, or at most convenience stores. Your gas bill can be paid for from your bank account, or at the local post office. 8, Convenience, noise, etc. Location is usually the most important factor when considering an apartment. You need to make sure that your apartment is conveniently located so as to decrease your commuting time and expense. Most apartment listings will list the walking time/distance from the nearest train station. It's nice to be close, but not too close, trains are noisy, and you don't want to here them passing every few minutes while you are trying to eat dinner or watch tv. You should also make sure that your potential apartment is not located too near a highway or busy street.

9, Neighbors. Making a good impression with your neighbors is important. Not getting along with your neighbors can make life difficult. It's a good idea immediately after you move in to buy a gift for each neighbor on your floor. A basket of fruit or box or sweets is good enough.
