The Shinagawa train station is directly across the street and is a main hub. You can get anywhere from there easily. The hotel supplies razor, shaving cream, toothbrush & paste, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, face soap, brush, slippers and a robe and belt which is free to take home if you wish. Nice deep tubs and bidet. Very clean and the entire staff is very gracious and helpful. There is a Seven-11 near the gift shops that is open 24 hrs which is very convienent for drinks, snacks and japanese ready to eat foods that are very inexpensive and made fresh everyday.
