Questions for JR Tokunai Pass

Hello,
It is nice to know visitors can buy a JR rail special train pass to Tokyo. We will be buying the JR Tokunai Pass for travel from Narita Terminal 2 to Tokyo.
From the website www.jreast.co.jp/e/pass/tokunai_pass.html, I can see that the route can cover all the way to Nishi Ogikubo in the west side. This is the station we have to get off. 
Is the JR rail going all the way from Terminal 2 to Shinjuku station with no need to transfer?
Do we have to pay for the trip from Shinjuku to Nishi Ogikubo? Or is it still covered by the Tokunai pass?
